1. Which Online facilities can be availed on this website ?

2. Who can avail Online facilities ?
Any devotee after successful registration can avail online facilities.
 
3. What is the procedure for availing Online facilities ?
- First register yourself with us.
- Sign in with your Log in details.
- Select your facilities.
- Make online payment through Credit/Debit card or Internet Banking.
- After successful payment, your facilities will be booked.
 
4. How can I make successful Registration ?
- Click on the Register tab.
- Fill your details like Email id, Name, Contact details, photo (max 1MB), valid photo id.
- Please add the email id sai.support@sai.org.in in your address book.
- You will get confirmation email on your registered Email id.
- Activate your account by clicking on the activation link or copying the link into your browser and clicking it within 24 hours of your registration.
- OTP verification process sent to the registered mobile number also to be completed for successful registration

5. How can I confirm whether my facilities are booked or not ?
After successful payment, you will be directed to acknowledgment page. You can print the acknowledgement. You will also receive order confirmation mail which will contain acknowledgement.

6. What Should I do, if I do not get an order confirmation mail ?
- You can also take print out of acknowledgement from Transaction History.
- Check whether you have added email id sai.support@sai.org.in in your address book.
- Check your spam mails for verification.
- Check the transaction status on your screen. If status is Failed then you have to make payment again.
- Check your bank account, if money is debited from your account. If not, please make another attempt of payment.
- If money is debited from your account and still you have not received the acknowledgement, drop a mail to customer support sai.support@sai.org.in with the details like
(i) Name
(ii) Address
(iii) Mobile Number
(iv) Registered Email Id
 
7. Is cancellation of facilities allowed ? If yes, what is the procedure for that ?
Yes. Cancellation is allowed only for room booking and darshan facilities . No Amount will be refunded to devotees after cancellation of Room Reservation or Darshan facility. To cancel the facility, please follow the procedure given below:
- Login to your account
- Go to 'Transaction History'
- Search by Service
- Cancel your facility
 
8. Is Partial cancellation of facilities is allowed ?
Yes. Partial cancellation of individual facility(ies) availed as a part of group of facilities is allowed. For example, If devotee avails accommodation and darshan then he is allowed to partially cancel either of the individual facilities.  

9. How I can view transaction history or print duplicate acknowledgement ?
You can print duplicate acknowledgement by following the procedure below:
- Login to your account
- Go to 'Transaction History'
- Search by Service and download the Acknowledgment
 
 Online Room Booking FAQs
 
1. What is the meaning of colours given to the dates in the calendar ?
Dates having green colour are available for booking. Dates with grey colour means quota is not released for booking or the dates have been already passed. Dates with red colour means quota is full for those dates.
 
2. How early and how late can I book a room online before my arrival date in Shirdi ?
You can book a room up to 30 days in advance, including for the current day, subject to availability.
 
3. After booking the room, can I change Check-in and Check-Out dates?
Once a room is booked, you cannot change the check-in / check-out date. If you want to postpone your check in time, you can call helpdesk and request for postponement of check in time. But check in time cannot be extended beyond check out time.
 
4. How many open transactions are allowed for online room booking ?
In one login account, only 1 open transaction is allowed. Only after you have availed the existing booking, you may proceed for another booking.  

5. Can I change my accommodation room type after I have booked the room ?
No you cannot change the accommodation details after the booking has been made. In case you wish to do so, you can cancel the existing booking and proceed with a new booking. Appropriate cancellation charges will apply as per the Terms & Conditions.
 
6. While booking accommodation, I am getting the error message "No Search results found". What does that mean ?
If an error message "No Search Results found" appears while booking the accommodation rooms, it means that no rooms are available for the search criteria given by you.
 
7. How check out date is calculated ?
Your reservation date is 21st May 2024, with check-in time slot selected as 08:00 AM-11:59 AM & number of days as 1/2 day(s).
Then the check-out date & time will be 24hrs/48hrs from check in date & time slot.
For 1 day check-out date & time is 22nd May 2024 & 8:00 AM.
For 2 days check-out date and time is 23rd May 2024 & 8:00 AM.

8. How can I extend my stay after check out time ?
You have to report to the local counter in Shirdi. Depending on availability of rooms, you will be granted room extension after payment of room extension charges.  

9. Can I book a room on behalf of other persons ?
You cannot book a room on behalf of any other person. Room booking cannot be transferred to other person. The person on whose name room is booked should be present while availing the accommodation in Shirdi with her/his photo id and acknowledgement.

   
Darshan Booking FAQs
 
1. Can I change the date or time slot when I booked my Darshan / Aarti ?
No. You cannot change Darshan/Aarti date and time slot.  

2. How many open transactions are allowed for online booking of Darshan facility ?
In one login account, only 1 open transaction is allowed. Only after you have availed the existing booking, you may proceed for another booking.  

3. Can I book a Darshan facility on behalf of other person ?
Yes. You can book a Darshan or Aarti facility on behalf of any other person. However, the person on whose name Darshan facility is booked should be present while availing the pass in Shirdi with her/his photo Id and acknowledgement.

4. How early and how late can I book Darshan and Aarti online before my arrival date in Shirdi?
You can book Aarti maximum 60 days in advance and minimum 2 days in advance before your arrival in Shirdi. In addition, you can book Darshan from t+2 hours until 60 days in advance based on the availability, where t is the current hour.  
 
 Donation FAQs
 
1. Can I donate for multiple funds in one transaction ?
Yes. You can donate for multiple funds in one transaction.
 
2. Will I get receipt for donation ?
Yes. You will get receipt within 60 days on your registered address with udi-prasad.
 
3. Which funds are available for donation ? Is there any tax exemption available for donation ?
You can get complete information of funds in terms and conditions on the website.
 
4. Can I cancel donation ?
No. Donation cannot be cancelled.
   
Saileela Membership FAQs
 
1. Is Saileela Membership cancellable ?
No. once subscribed Saileela membership is non-cancellable and non-refundable.
 
2.Can I avail multiple Saileela subscriptions in single booking ?
No. only one magazine can be subscribed in single booking one transaction.
 
3.How many subscriptions can I have for a particular magazine ?
Only one active subscription per magazine is allowed.
 
4.What if I shift to a new location and want the magazine to be delivered in new address ?
You can use the update address functionality on the online facilities site or contact Sansthan for update address request.The updated address will be reflected only after approval from Sansthan and will be considered valid for the next issue to be dispatched after approval.  

5.Can I change address for the magazine gifted to my friend ?
No.you cannot change the address for the magazine gifted to your friend. The person to whom the magazine is gifted can contact Sansthan for address change or he/she can register on the online facilities website with the devotee number generated and then change the address.  

6.Can I check the details online for the magazine subscribed from Shirdi ?
Yes.if the magazine is subscribed with your registered devotee number.
  
 Life Membership FAQs
 
1. Can I enroll for multiple Memberships in one transaction ?
No. You cannot enroll for multiple Memberships in one transaction.

2. Is Life Membership cancellable ?
No, once subscribed Life membership is non-cancellable and non-refundable.

3. Where can I enroll a new subscription from ?
You can enroll for a new subscription by using the Enroll for a New Subscription functionality on the website.
 
4. What If I shift to a new location and want any correspondence from Sansthan to be delivered in new address ?
You can use the Update Address functionality on the website or contact Sansthan for update address request.

5. Can I check the details online for the transactions I have made ?
Yes, you can check the history of your transactions by using the View Transaction History functionality on the website.

6. Where can I check the facilities that I have selected online ?
You can check for the facilities taken online by clicking the My Offerings link on the website.
